Dog Training

Problem Pooch to Perfect Pooch

Core Beliefs

Positive Reinforcement

At DOGGOLEARN, we believe in motivating our pets to want to work with us, rather than obeying out of fear. Positive reinforcement has been shown to create lasting results, less unwanted side effects and more enthusiastic compliance.

No Force

Our training is welfare oriented. We believe that pain, force, choke, fear and intimidation don’t have a place in learning. This isn’t to say that everything is cookies and rainbows and our dogs can do whatever they please. Rules and boundaries are important, but there are better and kinder ways of teaching our furry friends how we’d like them to behave.

Science based methods

All of our techniques are designed using the most recent and accurate scientific information available. There’s a lot of myths and mistruths about dog training out there, so we are always happy to provide you with reliable scientific evidence to explain our methods and motivations.

Is your dog barking inappropriately?

Re-scaping your garden while you're away?

Maybe they're pulling your arm out of your socket every time you go for a walk.

Don't worry, we are here to help you get to the bottom of your pet's problem behaviours and come up with gentle solutions that are easy to implement.
